It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us. Contracts for £42 or less are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Internet Orders can placed via our website www.bespokeplantsupports.co.uk and be paid for using our payment provider which takes all major credit and debit cards.
Orders By Post Orders sent through the post with and payment by cheques (cheques made payable to Bespoke Plant Supports Limited) will only be despatched once payment is cleared Please do not send any cash through the mail.
Bespoke Work and Designs.
All bespoke/custom work will be paid for prior to commencement. Orders for bespoke work do not have the right to cancel once design and production has commenced and costs have been incurred. Order acceptance.
When an order has been placed it is treated as an offer to buy which has been accepted. If we have to refuse an order because of availability or other complexity we will inform you as soon as possible with alternatives where appropriate. You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Bespoke Plant Supports Limited by email sales@bespokeplantsupports.co.uk or in writing to: Bespoke Plant Supports Limited 51 Joicey Road Low Fell Gateshead Tyne and Wear NE9 5TH.
If you cancel the contract within 14 days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Bespoke Plant Supports at your expense within 14 days. Please see above Address.
Please return the goods in the original packaging or suitable alternative. It is advised that the package be tracked and insured against lost or damage. Bespoke Plant Supports are not responsible for lost or damaged of returned parcels. A full refund less delivery costs will be processed by Bespoke Plant Supports within 14 days. The returned product must be in re-saleable condition. If not we reserve the right to deduct the amount from the refund.
Faulty goods At Bespoke Plant Supports will consider each case individually. Products are hand crafted, which means that there may differences between items. Due the nature of the raw material there may also be difference in the product.
Bare untreated product will have some rust on the surface. Bare untreated products are designed to rust.
Postage Policy
Delivery we currently charge a fixed fee for delivery of £6.99 excluding areas that may incur additional costs. Additional delivery charges may be applicable if they cannot be made in advance. Customer will be informed by email or in writing.
Orders will be processed once payment is received for items that are in stock. Stock items will be despatched in 48hrs and currently we use a courier with a 3-5 day delivery time. Items that are made to order may take longer depending on work required and materials used. The customer will be informed by email on the expect time this will take.
Certain areas of the UK may incur addition transport costs. i.e. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands. Please email sales@bespokeplantsupports.co.uk to discuss.
We do not export goods. Please examine your parcel and goods and refuse to sign if there are visual signs of damage to the parcel. If you have missing or damaged product, please email: sales@bespokeplantsupports.co.uk immediately after the parcel has been opened.
